Oceans Legal™ [OL] is a division of
Michael Bula Solicitors, International Lawyers [MBS]and is
the subject of a pending trademark application.
It is not a
law firm but a portal primarily to:
- Assist clients in international and cross-border
matters throughout the world
- Serve as a loose association of international
law agents and associates headed by
MBS

MBS is responsible for the solicitor-client
relationship and lawyer-lawyer relationship for all
matters.
MBS has established an extensive
database of law firm agents on a 'working file' basis,
throughout the world over a period of more than 25 years.
