Work Protocol and policy
Oceans Legal™ [OL] policy and agency agreements with our
international agents or associate offices require that:

Michael Bula Solicitors, International Lawyers [MBS] is
appointed as lead or principal firm with our firm in
the foreign jurisdiction as agent-consultant.

MBS issues invoices for the work of both firms,
coordinates all legal matters, advice, litigation and
projects [as the case may be] and
- Such coordination assists in terms of
communication, as well as in any foreign language,
where official internationally recognised foreign
language translations and global notarisation of acts,
effective international file management and advice in
conflict of laws and private international legal
matters, avoiding communication and other difficulties
and based on the privileged rapport with the legal
associate or agent offices.
- Ease of management is maintained by internet and
electronic means.
